Testing Lab
In our garment export infrastructure, our in-house test laboratory plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Quality control is conducted at three critical stages to meticulously assess color fastness, shrinkage, appearance after wash, and resistance to pilling.
The first stage of quality control occurs with finished fabric before it proceeds to production, encompassing activities such as color fastness testing to evaluate how well the fabric retains its color when exposed to various conditions like washing, light, and rubbing. Shrinkage tests are also performed to determine the extent to which the fabric may shrink after laundering, ensuring accurate sizing for the final garment. Additionally, the appearance of the fabric after washing is assessed to confirm that it meets our standards for aesthetics and durability.
During the mid-production phase, cross-checking takes place to verify that quality standards are being maintained throughout the manufacturing process. This involves inspecting samples of fabric and garments to detect any deviations from the desired specifications and addressing them promptly to maintain consistency and quality.
Finally, random samples of finished packed garments are selected for thorough inspection in our test laboratory. These samples undergo rigorous testing to assess color fastness, shrinkage, appearance after wash, and resistance to pilling, ensuring that the finished garments meet our stringent quality standards before they are released for shipment to customers.
By integrating a comprehensive test laboratory into our infrastructure, we can confidently deliver garments of exceptional quality and reliability to our customers. This commitment to quality assurance reinforces our reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality garments in the global market, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
